Il Roveto is a historic masseria in the Noto area, built in 1762 and still connected today to the agricultural life from which it was born.

La Casa del Guardiano

This is the most secluded accommodation at Il Roveto, ideal for those seeking peace and a direct connection with the outdoor spaces.
It opens onto a private area that is especially pleasant to enjoy, surrounded by nature, silence and spots to relax.
The outdoor kitchen, overlooking a small courtyard with a fountain, table, seating and a tadelakt bathroom, gives it a very special character.

La Casa del Guardiano has access in the most secluded part of the entire masseria, with very private outdoor spaces.

Guests at Il Roveto can also access the internal courtyard, a large, evocative and characteristic space furnished with tables and chairs, shared with the other guests yet naturally intimate and private.
It is also possible to access a large communal area inside the masseria, designed as a space for relaxation and sharing, where you will find sofas, corners for reading or resting, and a large table that can be used for activities, work or convivial moments.
This common room also has bathrooms and Wi‑Fi.

IMPORTANT: For transparency, please note that from September through June the property hosts a Montessori educational project. In some shared areas, such as the inner courtyard and in the shared relaxation spaces, you may encounter children or hear their voices. It is a very lovely setting and the children are always respectful, but we wanted to mention this for clarity.
