Il Roveto is a historic masseria in the Noto area, built in 1762 and still connected today to the agricultural life from which it was born.

Here, the apartments do not tell the story of an imagined countryside, but of a real one: authentic spaces, marked by time and cared for with respect, where the beauty lies precisely in the originality of the place.

La Torcena

La Torcena was once the lodging of seasonal workers who came for the pruning of the lemon trees.
Today it is a multi-level apartment, with a mezzanine bedroom and a high ceiling that gives it both space and character.
It is a distinctive home, ideal for those who appreciate unconventional spaces with plenty of atmosphere.

La Torcena has access facing the pine grove of Il Roveto, in the front area of the masseria.

Guests at Il Roveto can also access the internal courtyard, a large, evocative and characteristic space furnished with tables and chairs, shared with the other guests yet naturally intimate and private.
It is also possible to access a large communal area inside the masseria, designed as a space for relaxation and sharing, where you will find sofas, corners for reading or resting, and a large table that can be used for activities, work or convivial moments.
This common room also has bathrooms and Wi‑Fi.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, elderly guests, or small children, due to the presence of a very steep staircase.

For transparency, we also want to mention that from September through June the property hosts a Montessori educational project. In some shared areas, such as the inner courtyard and in the shared relaxation spaces, you may encounter children or hear their voices. It is a very lovely setting and the children are always respectful, but we wanted to mention this for clarity.
